  • How much does a roof replacement cost?

    Prices vary depending on many factors including roof pitch and size, and the type of materials selected.  It’s best to contact us to discuss your options and get a no obligation free quote.

  • What is the timeline for the project?

    A re-roofing project timeline depends on the size and shape of the roof.  Typically, it takes up to one day and can last up to a few days, especially if weather causes delays.

  • How long should a roof last?

    We offer anywhere from a 20/30 year life expectancy architectural shingles to 40/50 year on some designer shingles.  All are backed by lifetime manufacturer warranties and extended warranties are available.

  • Can I build over my existing roof?

    We recommend and always do a full tear off and start with a clean deck.  This allows us to get a clear view of your decking and it will get you the full life out of your shingles. A full tear off allows your best install and you’ll receive the full labor and maintenance warranties.

  • If my roof is leaking, do I need to replace it?

    A majority of the time leaks can be pinpointed and a repair can be made. We offer a yearly maintenance service that can stop most leaks before they happen.

  • When is the best time to get a roof replacement done in Iowa?

    We only install roofs from March/April to November/December depending on the Iowa weather. We believe that these are the best times to install your roof to ensure a full seal down and it allows shingles to be flexible enough to install.
